Crown Caster – CR125490

The mounting bracket and its caster wheel arrive as one unit that bolts to the base of a Crown lift truck, carrying part of the chassis weight while letting the wheel roll and pivot as the truck moves and turns. Crown builds it as a bracket-and-caster assembly so the swivel action and the load path are set correctly out of the box.

At the base of the truck a caster takes constant load and steering scrub, and the bracket, swivel, and wheel wear together over a hard duty cycle. Replacing the assembly rather than a single worn part restores the full mount, so the truck tracks and pivots without the play a tired caster develops.

Match the bracket footprint, bolt pattern, and caster wheel size to the caster currently fitted to your truck, since those govern whether the unit bolts to the same holes and rolls at the correct ride height.
