Crown Pivot Plate with Bushings – E-6675

Crown builds this pivot plate with its bushings already pressed in, so the bearing surface a pivot turns against comes as one serviceable unit rather than a bare plate you have to fit bushings into. It weighs about 4 pounds and mounts in the chassis of Crown electric lift trucks as the fixed member of a pivoting joint.

The bushings are the wear element here. They ride against the pivot and slowly open up clearance as the truck racks up hours, and once the joint develops play the plate and its bushings are replaced together to bring the pivot back to a tight, correctly located fit. Supplying the plate and bushings as an assembly means the bore and bushing fit are already matched, so the pivot seats the way Crown intended.

When installing, confirm the pivot shaft diameter against the bushing bore, since the plate has to seat fully on the shaft to carry the joint's load and hold alignment. Forklifts Etc. supplies it as a direct Crown replacement.
