Crown Shaft CR116776 – E-7133

Providing the mounting and pivot axis that a support bracket bolts to or rotates on, this Crown shaft locates that bracket within the truck structure and holds it in position under load. It is used on Crown lift trucks, where the bracket it carries may be fixed or may pivot on the shaft as part of a moving assembly.

A steel shaft in this role takes shear and bearing loads passed to it from the bracket and everything the bracket supports, so its bearing surfaces and end diameters are what wear or score over service life. A shaft that has worn at those surfaces lets the bracket shift or develop play, which a replacement corrects by restoring a true axis and tight-fitting seats.

Match the shaft length and end diameters to the bracket bore on the truck, since the end diameters set how the shaft seats in the bracket and the length sets how it locates across the structure.
