Cushman Passenger-Side Axle – EZ20377-G12

The passenger-side axle carries drive rotation from the drivetrain out to the wheel on the passenger side of a Cushman vehicle, turning under the load the machine puts on that corner. As a drive axle it transmits the torque that moves the vehicle, so its splines, bearing journals, and shaft need to run true to deliver power without vibration or bind.

Weighing about 5.1 pounds, it is the right-side companion to the driver-side shaft in the axle assembly. A drive axle wears at its splines and bearing surfaces and can fatigue or twist under shock loading, showing up as play, noise, or a knock felt through the driveline under acceleration.

Fitting the correct Cushman passenger-side axle restores clean power delivery to that wheel. Confirm which side you are replacing, since passenger-side and driver-side shafts are handed and not interchangeable.
