2 Gallon Concrete Mender – RW80020

Concrete Mender is a two-part repair compound for cracked, spalled, and broken concrete, supplied here in a two gallon kit sized for larger floor repairs. It pours thin enough to penetrate deep into a crack and cures into a rigid, load-bearing fill, which is what lets a repaired warehouse or dock floor take forklift traffic again rather than continuing to break down at the edges of the damage.

The material bonds to the surrounding concrete as it sets, so the repair carries load across the joint instead of sitting loose in it, and it cures fast enough to return a floor to service without a long shutdown. A two gallon volume covers the wider cracks, spalled control joints, and surface breaks that develop on floors run hard by wheeled equipment. Mixed and placed according to its directions, it restores a driving surface that stands up to the point loads a loaded lift truck puts through a small wheel contact patch.
