Crown Washer CR060030-057 – HW-479

Built to Crown Equipment's specification for Crown lift trucks, this washer spreads the clamping load of a bolt or nut across a wider surface than the fastener head alone. That wider bearing area lowers the pressure concentrated on the mounting surface, which keeps the material underneath from deforming or cracking as the joint is torqued down.

The same flat face compensates for a slightly oversized clearance hole and gives the fastener a smooth surface to rotate against during installation and removal. Over repeated tightening cycles a washer can flatten, corrode, or raise burrs, and once it does it no longer spreads load evenly, so replacing it protects the joint it backs up.

Sized to match the fastener it serves, it is cataloged for the Crown application it was specified for; match its bore and outside diameter to the bolt and mounting face it seats against.
