Orange 350 Amp Connector – AN-344X

Rated for 350 amps and molded in an orange housing, this power connector joins high-current cables between a battery, a truck, and a charger, carrying the full working current of an electric lift truck through a single genderless mating pair. The 350 amp rating sets the continuous current the housing and its contacts carry, sized to the heavy cable runs that feed a traction battery and motor circuit.

Color coding is functional here. The orange housing keys this connector to its same-color mating half and to a defined voltage grouping, so connectors of a different color will not unintentionally mate and cross incompatible systems. A connector that has arced, overheated, or worn at its contacts loses conductivity and runs hot, which wastes energy and can damage the cable ends.

Match the housing color, amp rating, and contact size to the connector being replaced, since the housing only mates with its own color and the contacts have to match the cable gauge.
