A bell crank pivots to redirect the motion of a mechanical linkage through an angle, and this is the left hand version built by Raymond for its lift trucks. The lever turns on a central point, taking input from one linkage arm and transferring it to another set at a different angle, a job it does wherever a control or actuation run has to turn a corner rather than travel straight.
Left and right hand versions mirror each other, so the hand of the part matters: a left hand crank will not substitute for a right hand one on the opposite side of an assembly. Confirm the hand against the crank coming off before installing. As a Raymond component, its pivot bore, arm lengths, and mounting align to the linkage it was made to serve.
