Rated to carry up to 350 amps of continuous current, this gray power connector housing holds the contacts that join a battery to the truck or to a charger on electric material handling equipment. The housing itself is the molded shell: it positions and protects the copper contacts, provides the mating faces that lock two halves together, and takes the mechanical strain of repeated connect and disconnect cycles so the conductors do not.

Housing color is a keying feature, not decoration. Gray marks a specific position in the color-coded family, and a housing only mates cleanly with another of the same color, which is how a shop keeps a high-current connection from being joined to the wrong circuit. Match the color and the amperage rating to the connector already in service so the new shell seats against its existing mate and accepts the same contact size.
