Contactor – 36 Volt – CR110613-007

Rated at 36 volts, this contactor makes and breaks the high-current motor circuit on a Crown electric lift truck under command of the truck's control logic. A coil pulls a set of heavy contacts together to pass battery current to the drive and lift motors, then releases them to open the circuit, handling switching loads far beyond what a signal-level relay could carry.

Arcing is the price of that duty. Every time the contacts open under load they draw an arc that erodes the tips, and as they wear the contactor actuates weakly, chatters, or passes power intermittently, which reads at the truck as hesitation or dropouts under drive and lift. A sound replacement restores clean, positive switching and steady current to the motors.

Match the 36 volt coil rating and the contactor configuration to the electrical system on the Crown model, since a contactor of the wrong voltage or contact arrangement will not pull in and switch reliably.
