Raymond Electronic Steer Amplifier Card Assembly – RA1030692-001

Processing the signal from the steering control input and amplifying it to drive the steering motor, this Raymond electronic steer amplifier card translates the operator's steering command into actual truck direction on Raymond stand-up lift trucks. It is the amplification stage between the steering input and the motor, and the truck steers only as well as this card performs.

As an electronic control board, it is vulnerable to voltage spikes, connector corrosion, and gradual component aging, and when it degrades the steering turns unresponsive, erratic, or sluggish because the link between the operator's input and the steering motor is weakened or broken. Fitting a sound card restores clean, predictable steering response.

Built to the Raymond card position, it installs into the existing slot as a direct replacement with no modification. Match the connector layout and card position to the assembly coming off the truck, since Raymond's steering electronics differ across the stand-up lineup and the card has to match the circuit it drops into.
