Raymond's AC lift motor assembly drives the hydraulic pump that raises the forks, converting three-phase current from the truck's controller into the rotation that builds lifting pressure. Supplied as a complete assembly, it arrives with its components matched and ready to install in place of a failed lift motor rather than rebuilt piece by piece.

The AC design carries a real service advantage on a lift circuit. With no brushes or commutator making sliding contact, there is nothing to wear and arc under the heavy, repeated current draw that lifting demands, so the motor holds its output across long duty cycles. Speed and torque are managed electronically, giving controlled lift from the same unit.
