Fuses and switching relays share a single board on this remanufactured fuse and relay card, the electrical assembly that distributes power through the control and accessory circuits of Raymond electric lift trucks. The relays switch loads on and off as the truck's logic calls for them, while the fuses guard those same circuits against overcurrent, so one board handles both the switching and the protection for the truck's low-voltage wiring.

Rebuilt and supplied on an exchange basis, the card restores reliable operation in place of an original whose relays have begun to chatter, stick, or fail to pull in, or whose fuse seats have corroded or loosened. Centralizing the fuses and relays on one card keeps power distribution organized and makes electrical troubleshooting faster, since the protection and switching for multiple circuits sit in one place rather than scattered through the harness.
