Bussmann Fuse 125A 125VAC/80VDC – ANN-125

Rated at 125 amps and built as a very fast acting current limiter, this Bussmann ANN-series fuse protects the high-current DC power circuits on Crown electric lift trucks, clearing a fault in a fraction of the time a standard fuse takes so downstream controllers and motor circuits are shielded from a destructive surge. Its very fast acting limiter design is what suits it to solid-state power electronics, which can be damaged by fault energy long before a slower fuse would open.

Carrying a 125 volt AC and 80 volt DC rating, it is matched to the battery-voltage circuits these trucks run. A fuse is a one-time sacrificial device; once it clears a fault it is replaced, and a blown limiter is often the first sign of a fault upstream worth investigating before the new fuse goes in.

Match the amperage, voltage rating, and body dimensions to the fuse and holder already in the circuit, since a limiter that does not seat correctly or is rated below the load will not protect as intended.
