Fuse – ANL-675

When current in a circuit climbs past a safe level, this fuse opens and interrupts the flow before the excess heat can damage wiring, a motor, or a controller downstream. A fuse is a deliberate weak link, a one-time sacrificial device that protects far costlier components by failing first, and once it has blown it is discarded and replaced rather than reset.

Fuses protect battery, drive, and accessory circuits throughout electric material handling equipment. Match the amperage rating and the physical body and terminal style to the fuse being replaced, since an under-rated fuse nuisance-trips and an over-rated one defeats the protection the circuit was designed around.
