Cable Power #1 368mm B-C2 – CR84571-304

Running from the battery negative side to the C2 terminal on the contactor, this power cable carries the heavy load current that feeds the motor and control circuit of a Crown electric lift truck. It is built in number 1 gauge conductor at a 368 millimeter length, sized so the conductor cross-section handles the high current draw without excessive voltage drop or heating along the run.

Thick insulation and crimped lug ends let it stand up to the heat, flexing, and constant vibration of continuous material handling duty, and the crimped terminals are what hold a firm, low-resistance connection at each stud. Over time a power cable scorches at a loose or corroded lug, and the added resistance there generates heat and robs the circuit of current. Fitting a fresh cable restores the solid, low-resistance path the drive and control circuits depend on.

Match the conductor gauge, the length, and the terminal end type to the cable being replaced, since the gauge sets the current the cable can carry and the length and terminals determine whether it reaches and lands correctly on both studs.
