Crown 36V Harness – CR122378-003

Bundled and terminated as a single assembly, this wiring harness routes electrical power and control signals between the components of a Crown electric lift truck running on a 36 volt system. It carries current from the battery and controller out to the switches, contactors, and sensors the truck depends on, holding every conductor in a defined path and protecting the connections against the vibration and abrasion of daily operation.

Harness failures tend to arrive gradually as insulation hardens and cracks, terminals corrode, and conductors chafe where the bundle flexes or rubs. Those faults show up as intermittent operation, circuits that work until the truck moves and then drop out, which are among the hardest problems to chase down one wire at a time. Replacing the harness as an assembly restores clean continuity across all of its circuits at once and removes the accumulated damage that causes those intermittent faults.
