Crown SPDT Limit Switch – SW-1754

Crown's SPDT limit switch, part number 123316-003, comes with leads, terminals, and the JC label already installed, ready to wire into a Crown lift truck's seat, brake, or lift cutoff circuit without additional prep. Single-pole double-throw switching means it has one common contact that can route to either of two output paths depending on the switch position, which is how these circuits sense whether the operator is seated, the brake is engaged, or the lift has reached a cutoff point.

At 0.30 pound, it's a small, lightweight component, but the circuits it feeds are safety-related, cutting off drive or lift function when the operator isn't seated or when a brake condition is detected. A limit switch that sticks, fails to make contact, or reads the wrong position can either disable a function that should work or fail to cut one off that should stop, so replacing a switch that's stopped triggering reliably keeps that safety circuit doing its job.
