Holding a switch in its correct position and orientation, this Raymond switch mount bracket gives the switch a rigid anchor so it actuates reliably against its target. Formed to the Raymond assembly it was made for, it locates the switch exactly where the original did and bolts into the same mounting points, replacing a bracket bent, cracked, or corroded enough to cause a missed signal.
A switch only actuates reliably when it is held square to its target every cycle, and this Raymond bracket is the anchor that keeps it there. Formed steel, it locates a switch in its correct position and orientation on the lift truck and bolts to the same mounting points as the original, so the replacement drops in without reworking the assembly around it.
When a bracket bends, cracks, or corrodes, the switch it carries shifts out of position, and that small movement is enough to throw off actuation timing and produce an intermittent or missed signal. Renewing the bracket restores the fixed geometry the switch was set up against, which is often the real fix behind a switch that reads erratically.
Match the hole pattern and mounting locations to the bracket coming off, since the bracket is shaped to both the switch it holds and the Raymond structure it fastens to, and those interfaces determine whether the switch lands where it should.
