Switch Seal – SW-726

Fitting over the switch body or actuator, this seal keeps moisture, dust, and washdown spray out of the contacts of an electrical switch. On material handling equipment a switch lives in a dirty, wet, vibrating environment, and the seal is what stands between that environment and the electrical internals that fail fast once contamination reaches them. A cracked, hardened, or torn seal stops protecting the switch, and corrosion or intermittent operation usually follows. Replacing the seal restores that barrier and extends the life of the switch it protects. Match the seal to the switch body and actuator style it fits, since switch seals are molded to a specific switch shape and will not seal a different housing.
