Nikki Propane Vaporizer / Regulator – NI16310-FY165

Engine coolant routed through this Nikki vaporizer and regulator warms liquid propane drawn from the tank and expands it into a vapor the engine can burn, while the built-in regulator drops that vapor to a steady low pressure. Handling both stages of propane conditioning in one assembly, it feeds fuel to the engine as a stable low-pressure vapor, which is what supports even idle, clean starting, and consistent running as load and ambient temperature change through a shift.

The unit fits UniCarriers forklifts running LPG engines, sitting in the fuel line between the tank and the mixer or carburetor. Because it combines the vaporizer and the pressure regulator, a single failure point such as a leaking diaphragm, a stuck regulator, or coolant intrusion can show up as hard starting, rough idle, or stalling under load.

When selecting a replacement, match the coolant and fuel port arrangement and the mounting pattern to the unit coming off, since these vary across LPG fuel systems and govern whether the assembly plumbs in correctly.
