Crown Seal Kit – CR111790-001

This seal kit is built for Crown lift trucks and is designed for a hydraulic control valve, providing the internal seals needed to restore a leaking or worn valve to proper sealing condition without replacing the entire valve body. Control valves direct hydraulic fluid to the lift, tilt, or other hydraulic functions on the truck, and the internal seals are what keep fluid contained within each valve chamber as the spool moves.

Hydraulic seals wear from constant exposure to pressurized fluid and the friction of the valve spool sliding past them with every cycle of the control. As those seals harden or wear, fluid can bypass internally, which shows up as sluggish or spongy hydraulic response, reduced lift speed, or fluid leaking externally at the valve body. Rebuilding the valve with a fresh seal kit addresses that wear directly and is generally far less costly than replacing the entire control valve assembly.

At just 0.03 pounds, this kit contains the small elastomeric and sealing components needed for the rebuild rather than any metal valve hardware. It is manufactured to fit Crown lift truck hydraulic control valves as a direct-fit rebuild kit.
