This hydraulic hose fits Crown lift trucks and carries pressurized hydraulic fluid between components in the truck's lift, tilt, or auxiliary hydraulic circuit.

Hydraulic hoses are built with an inner tube to contain fluid, a reinforcing layer to withstand system pressure, and an outer cover to resist abrasion and the elements, all flexing repeatedly as the mast and attachments move through their range of motion. That constant flexing, combined with pressure cycling and exposure to heat and contaminants, gradually fatigues the hose material, and a worn hydraulic hose typically shows up as a fluid leak, a bulge in the outer cover, or a soft spot where the reinforcement has begun to fail. Replacing a hose before it fails prevents sudden loss of hydraulic pressure and fluid loss in the circuit it serves on Crown equipment.
