Hose Assembly -4 Orfs – CR64364-006

Rated to carry pressurized hydraulic fluid between two points in the system, this hose assembly comes made up with a -4 ORFS fitting on the end and weighs about 0.4 pounds. The -4 size corresponds to a 1/4 inch nominal line, and the ORFS, or O-ring face seal, connection seals against a flat mating face through a captured O-ring, a design used where leak-free joints matter under high pressure and vibration.

Because it arrives as a finished assembly with the fitting already crimped to the hose, it installs as a direct replacement without cutting, flaring, or building a hose up on site. The connection type and the crimped end are set so the joint seats and seals the way the original did.

Hydraulic hose wears from abrasion against nearby structure, from flex fatigue at the crimp, and from internal aging that eventually shows as seepage or a bulge, any of which is reason to replace the line before it fails under pressure.
