Hose Assembly – CA205958

A hydraulic hose assembly carries pressurized oil between the pump, valves, and cylinders of a lift truck's hydraulic system, built as a complete unit with the hose crimped to its end fittings so it installs ready to connect. Supplying it as an assembly matters: the fittings are already matched and crimped to the hose at the correct length, so there is no cutting, crimping, or fitting selection to get wrong in the field.

Under working pressure the hose flexes with every cycle, and over time the cover cracks, the reinforcement fatigues, or a fitting weeps, any of which bleeds pressure and drips oil. A hose showing wear or seepage gets replaced before it bursts.

This replaces the original assembly in that hydraulic line. Match the length, fitting types, and end orientations of the assembly coming off, since those govern whether it reaches and seals at both ends.
