Cascade Cylinder Seal Kit – CE-2263

Cascade builds this cylinder seal kit to rebuild the hydraulic cylinder on a forklift attachment, restoring the internal seals that let the cylinder hold pressure and move the attachment. It packages the rod seals, piston seals, wipers, and O-rings for that cylinder into a single kit, so a cylinder that has started to weep or lose force can be resealed rather than replaced.

Attachment cylinders cycle constantly as an operator shifts, clamps, or positions a load, and the seals inside them wear, harden, and eventually pass fluid, showing up as drift, external leakage, or weak actuation. Reworking the cylinder with a fresh seal set brings it back to full function while the barrel and rod stay in service.

This kit fits the attachment cylinder on Hyster lift trucks and equipment of that type. Match the kit to the cylinder bore and rod diameter it seals, since seal kits are specific to those dimensions and a mismatched set will not seal.
