Formed from rigid tube with its end fittings already fitted, this hydraulic tube assembly carries pressurized fluid between components in the hydraulic circuit of a Crown lift truck. Unlike a flexible hose, it holds a fixed, pre-shaped route around the truck structure, giving the circuit a sealed, dimensionally stable path that maintains pressure and delivers fluid to the lift and control functions.

Its fittings seat against the mating ports at each end, and the quality of those joints is what keeps the line leak-free under working pressure. Because the tube is bent to a defined path, it positions the run clear of moving and hot components, so a replacement has to reproduce the original shape to route and seat correctly. A tube that has cracked, corroded, or lost a sealing surface at a fitting bleeds pressure and gives up consistent hydraulic performance.
