Formed steel tubing carries pressurized hydraulic fluid along a fixed run in the hydraulic circuit of a Crown lift truck, holding a sealed path between two points in the system. Unlike flexible hose, a rigid tube is bent to a set routing and sized for the flow it handles, so it resists the vibration and pressure pulses of daily operation along the straight sections where hose would chafe or sag.

Its job is to keep the circuit sealed under working pressure so the truck delivers consistent lift, tilt, and auxiliary control. A tube that has been kinked, cracked at a bend, or corroded through weeps fluid and drops system pressure, which shows up as slow or erratic hydraulic response. Fitting the correct Crown tube restores the original routing and clearances the system was built around, keeping the line clear of moving parts.

Because the tube is pre-formed to a specific shape, match the bend pattern, end fittings, and overall length against the line being replaced, since a tube that routes differently will not reach its ports or clear surrounding components.
