Raymond Hydraulic Seal – RA530-615

This hydraulic seal is built for Raymond lift trucks, sealing a cylinder bore to keep pressurized hydraulic fluid contained as the cylinder extends and retracts. Seals like this one sit inside the cylinder assembly, maintaining contact with the moving rod or piston surface to prevent fluid from bypassing during lift, tilt, or steering operation.

The seal measures 1.8 inches by 2.8 inches with a thin 0.6 inch profile, dimensions that point to a flat, ring-style seal sized for a specific cylinder bore rather than a generic universal fit. At just 0.15 pounds, it reflects the lightweight elastomer or polyurethane construction typical of hydraulic seals.
