Nikki propane fuel-system sensor for the Nikki LPG fuel system, the sensor that reports a fuel-system condition to the engine management so it can control running. A failed sensor causes poor running, hard starting, or a fault code. Replaced to restore accurate fuel-system feedback.
Monitoring fuel pressure within the propane delivery system, this Nikki sensor reports that pressure to the engine control unit so the control system can trim fuel delivery in real time. Accurate pressure feedback is what lets the engine start dependably, idle steadily, and burn efficiently as load changes through a work cycle.
Built to Nikki fuel system specifications, it fits propane forklifts running compatible LPG systems, including many UniCarriers, Komatsu, and Caterpillar engines. When the sensor drifts or fails, the control system loses its pressure reference and the engine can run rich, run lean, hesitate, or set fault codes, so a correct replacement restores the feedback the fuel system depends on.
