Fork pin kit for Crown lift trucks, the pins and retainers that secure hook-mounted forks to the carriage. Worn pins or retainers let the forks shift on the carriage, so they are replaced to keep the forks locked in position.
The fork pin locks the fork onto the carriage bar, seating into the top bar so the operator can position each fork and hold it at the chosen spacing. Lifting the pin frees the fork to slide, and dropping it back sets the fork in place, keeping spacing fixed to the load during handling. A sound pin resists creep along the bar, which keeps forks from drifting under repeated use. This pin is built for Crown lift trucks and works with the fork mounting on those carriages. Confirm the fork class and carriage bar dimensions before fitting the pin.
