Nikki Propane Vaporizer / Regulator – NI16310-GY010

Combining a vaporizer and a pressure regulator in one body, this Nikki unit sits in the LPG fuel path of a forklift engine and does two jobs at the propane stage. Engine coolant routed through the unit warms incoming liquid propane so it expands into vapor, and the regulator section then lowers and stabilizes that vapor's pressure before it reaches the metering components downstream.

Handling conversion and regulation in a single assembly keeps the propane stage compact and the fuel supply steady, which the engine shows as even running, consistent starting, and stable power under load. A unit with a failed diaphragm, a leaking regulator, or a coolant passage that no longer heats properly causes hard starting, stalling, or rough running, since the engine is no longer getting clean vapor at the right pressure.

This assembly is specified for UniCarriers LPG forklifts. Match the coolant and fuel port connections and the regulator body to the unit being replaced, since the vaporizer has to plumb into the same coolant and propane lines to install correctly.
