Crown Switch Pod Assembly PE4000 Freezer – CR115418S003

Crown's switch pod assembly houses the operator control switches for the PE4000 pallet truck in one mounted unit, putting the switches the driver uses within the pod that carries and wires them into the truck's control system. This is the freezer-configuration build, conditioned for the cold, condensation-prone environment of freezer and cold-storage operation, where a standard pod's switches and seals face moisture and temperature swings that a freezer-rated unit is built to withstand.

As an assembly, it replaces the switches and their housing as a unit rather than piece by piece, and a pod with a failed switch, cracked housing, or moisture intrusion interrupts the controls the operator depends on. Because Crown builds both standard and freezer versions, the freezer pod has to match a freezer-application truck to hold up in that environment.

Built to Crown's specification for the PE4000 pallet truck, it matches the mounting and wiring of the original pod. Sold as a complete switch pod assembly, it restores full operator control to the truck.
