Crown Left-Hand Hydraulic Reach Cylinder Remanufactured – CR-469R

Crown remanufactured left-hand hydraulic reach cylinder for the pantograph, or scissor, reach mechanism on Crown narrow-aisle reach trucks in the RR and RD series. The cylinder drives the scissor linkage that extends and retracts the forks into and out of the rack, the motion a reach truck depends on to place and retrieve loads in deep racking. This is the left-hand unit, weighing roughly 65 pounds, remanufactured to return a worn or leaking original to working service.

Built on a heavy-wall barrel with a high-tensile rod and internal wear rings, the cylinder is made to hold pressure and resist the side loading a pantograph puts on it through repeated reach cycles. Remanufacturing addresses the wear that ends a cylinder's life, scored bores, worn seals, and rod damage that show up as drift, leakage, or a reach function that no longer holds position.
