Bussmann Fuse 600A 125VAC/80VDC – ANN-600

The Bussmann ANN-series is a 600 amp very fast acting limiter fuse rated for 125 volts AC and 80 volts DC, sized to protect the highest-current circuits on an electric lift truck against a short or a sustained overload. The very fast acting design clears a fault quickly, which is what shields motor controllers, main power cabling, and battery circuits from the damage an uncontrolled overload would otherwise do. Its 600 amp rating places it on the heavy power circuits that carry the truck's largest current draw.

The ANN series uses a compact bolt-down limiter body with blade-style terminals for a low-resistance connection that holds up under vibration. On Crown electric lift trucks it stands guard over the power system, where a sacrificed fuse protects components worth many times its cost. Match the amperage and the mounting hole spacing to the fuse being replaced, since a limiter of the wrong rating or terminal spread will not protect the circuit or bolt into the same position.
