Raymond Electrical Wire – RA1017589

Raymond builds this electrical wire as the replacement conductor for the wiring and harness circuits of its lift trucks, carrying current between components along the same routes the original harness follows. It goes in when a run of wire has aged, chafed against the chassis, or been damaged in service and can no longer carry its load reliably, restoring a clean electrical path in the repaired circuit.

Because it is Raymond's own harness stock, the gauge, stranding, and insulation match what the truck left the factory with, so a repaired section behaves like the original rather than a patched-in substitute. Damaged or corroded wiring is a common source of voltage drop and intermittent electrical faults, and replacing the compromised run rather than splicing around it keeps the circuit dependable.

Match the gauge and the insulation rating to the circuit being repaired, since the wire gauge sets how much current the conductor can safely carry and an undersized wire will overheat under load.
