PCB Relay 15A 24V – SW-2158

Rated at 15 amps and 24 volts, this relay switches a load circuit on a signal from the truck's 24 volt control system, letting a low-current control output drive a higher-current device. It mounts directly to a printed circuit board rather than a socket or panel, soldered into the board it serves on Crown electric lift trucks.

A relay fails when its contacts stick closed, burn, or stop closing, at which point the circuit it controls stays dead or stays live, and a fresh relay is the fix. Match the coil voltage and the contact rating to the relay being replaced, and match the pin footprint to the board, since PCB relays that share a footprint can still differ in how they switch.
