Crown Poly Stop CR092747-003 – CR92747-003

A polyurethane bumper built for Crown lift trucks, this poly stop absorbs impact at the end of a travel range, at a carriage, mast, or door stop point, and cushions the contact so metal does not strike metal. It takes the shock that would otherwise hammer directly into the structure, protecting the components on either side of the stop from the repeated blows of normal operation.

Polyurethane holds its shape under repeated impact better than rubber, keeping its cushioning through duty cycles that would flatten a softer material. As it eventually compresses, hardens, or chips from wear, the stop loses that cushioning and begins passing more of each impact through to the parts it protects, which is the sign it should be replaced.

Carrying Crown's own part number, it is sized to the mounting point it was cataloged for; match its diameter, height, and mounting hole to the stop being replaced so it seats correctly and stands at the right height to catch the travel.
