Roller Column – CR143102

Riding in the mast profile as the carriage and rails travel, this column roller is a load-bearing mast roller for Crown lift trucks that carries the mast against its guide channel and holds alignment under load. It bears the side thrust the mast generates through every lift and lower cycle, keeping the moving sections tracking straight rather than binding or drifting sideways.

As a rolling wear part, a mast roller takes constant load against a hardened track and eventually wears down or develops a flat spot on its rolling surface. A worn or flat-spotted roller produces rough, notchy mast travel and side play in the channel, both of which get worse as the flat grows and the roller loses its round profile. Replacing it restores smooth mast travel and takes the play back out of the guide channel.

Match the roller outside diameter and bore to the existing roller, since the outside diameter sets how the roller rides in the mast channel and the bore sets how it seats on its pin or bearing.
