Electronic control board for Yale lift trucks, running the truck's control logic for its circuit. It reads operator inputs and sensor signals and switches the outputs that run the function. Boards are matched to the truck model and firmware, so they are not interchangeable across series.
A remanufactured Yale VSM controller functions as the Vehicle System Manager, serving as the master control module on Yale electric lift trucks. The VSM is the truck's central controller, coordinating the operator inputs, drive and hydraulic functions, and system logic that run the truck, so it is matched to the specific truck model and its programming.
As a reman unit it is a rebuilt original, tested and restored to function rather than sold new. A VSM comes out of service when the control electronics fault in the field, leaving the truck with control faults or functions that no longer respond. Because the module carries model-specific software and configuration, a replacement is set up to the truck it goes into.
Forklifts Etc. supplies it remanufactured as the replacement VSM controller for the Yale application.
