Crown Sensor Bar CR133104-001 – CR133104-001-0S

Mounted near the load wheel on Crown lift trucks, this sensor bar carries the sensing hardware that reports wheel or load position back into the truck's control system. It gives those sensors a fixed, rigid platform and the wiring interface they need to hold their target and read it accurately, so the control system receives dependable position data from the load-wheel end of the truck.

As an electrical sensing assembly rather than a moving part, the bar fails from impact, cracking, corrosion at its connections, or damage to its mounted hardware, any of which disturbs the sensor alignment and corrupts the position signal. Installing a sound bar as a direct Crown replacement returns accurate, repeatable sensing at the load wheel when the factory assembly is damaged or worn.
