Crown Pivot Hub – CR125488

Crown builds this pivot hub for the chassis of its electric lift trucks, where it forms the fixed seat a rotating joint turns on and holds that pivot in alignment under the changing loads of daily material handling. At about 7.4 pounds, it is a solid component built to take the repeated side and steering loads a pivot point absorbs without wearing loose.

A pivot hub is a wear-aware part. The bore and mating surfaces see constant rotation, and once clearance opens up the joint develops play that shows in sloppy response and uneven wear elsewhere in the assembly. Replacing the hub restores a tight, correctly seated pivot rather than chasing the symptoms downstream.

Because this is a Crown part built for Crown lift trucks, it matches the original by design. When fitting it, check the bore and bearing seat against the shaft and bearing coming out, since the pivot must seat fully to hold alignment and carry load.
