Crown fits it as a direct-mount cushion in place of the standard back pad, so it replaces the existing pad on the same mounting without added brackets. A pad with a flattened cushion, torn cover, or a heating element that no longer warms is the one to replace.
Match the mounting pattern and the electrical connector of the pad currently on your truck, since the replacement has to bolt to the same points and plug into the truck's existing heater circuit.
