Hydraulic hose for Tennant lift trucks, carrying pressurized flow in the lift or steering circuit; length and fittings are specific to the routing. Hoses are replaced when they weep, bulge, or chafe, since a failed line drops the load and loses pressure.
Sized at a 3.0 inch inner diameter and 64 inches long, this Tennant drain hose assembly carries used water out of the recovery tank when the operator empties a floor sweeper or scrubber. The wide 3 inch bore is the point: it moves the tank's full volume quickly, so the machine drains in a fraction of the time a narrow line would take and the operator gets back to the floor sooner.
A drain hose lives a hard life, flexed and dragged at every empty cycle, and it eventually cracks along the flex points, kinks so it will not flow, or starts leaking at the fittings. Once any of that sets in, the hose either drips onto the floor or fails to empty the tank cleanly, and it is due for replacement.
Fitted to Tennant floor sweepers and scrubbers, it drops in as a direct replacement for the worn hose, and Forklifts Etc. supplies it as the Tennant drain hose assembly.
