Crown Thread Locking Adhesive CR061004-019 – CR-191

Thread locking adhesive cures in the threads of a bolt or stud to keep the joint from shaking loose under the vibration and shock a lift truck sees all day. This is Crown's threadlocker, applied to fastener threads before assembly, where it fills the gaps between the threads and sets into a bond that resists loosening.

Beyond holding the fastener, the cured adhesive seals the threads against moisture, which is what leads to corrosion and seizing on a joint left unprotected. Used on the right fasteners, it keeps critical connections tight through repeated duty cycles and cuts the chance of a bolt backing out in service.

It is a maintenance consumable, applied as needed during assembly and repair rather than a wear part swapped on a schedule. Apply it to clean, dry threads for the bond to take hold, since oil or debris on the threads keeps the adhesive from gripping.
