Return & Exchange Policy

At Forklifts Etc., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, the parts you order might not be exactly what you need. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible. Please review the following terms regarding product returns:

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, unused, unaltered, and in a resalable condition.
  • Custom-made or special order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Forklifts Etc. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain items at the discretion of Forklifts Etc.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer service team.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as “Final Sale.” These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective.

Changes to Return Policy

Forklifts Etc. reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
