Flipping the blade to an unused edge buys some life, but a blade worn on all edges stops sealing and is due for replacement. Match the length, bolt-hole pattern, and material to the squeegee assembly on your scrubber, since blades are cut to a specific machine and a mismatch will not seal against the floor.
