The angled bristle disc is a direct wear item: bristles abrade and shorten against the floor with every pass, and once they no longer reach the surface the machine leaves an uncollected strip along edges. Replacing the side broom restores full edge-to-edge pickup on a sweeper or scrubber. Match the bristle length, disc diameter, and hub mounting pattern to the broom coming off, since those govern both sweep reach and how the disc bolts to the drive.
