Press-on polyurethane forklift tire, 12 x 5 x 9 in (outside diameter x width x inside diameter), for Crown electric lift trucks. It presses onto the wheel band with a steel mounting ring and runs with the low rolling resistance, non-marking contact, and long wear that make poly the standard tire for clean indoor electric-truck work. It is a drive-axle tire built to put traction and load to the floor.
Thombert builds this press-on drive tire with a solid polyurethane tread bonded to a steel band, measuring 12 inches in outside diameter, 5 inches wide, with a 9 inch inside mounting diameter. It rides on the drive axle, where the wide 5 inch tread puts more polyurethane on the floor to carry the tractive load an electric lift truck drives through its powered wheels. At roughly 20 pounds, it is sized for a mid-capacity truck, and the solid build carries that load without the flats and downtime of an air-filled tire.

Press the tire on hydraulically, since that interference fit is what holds it on the drive wheel under torque. Match the 9 inch inside diameter to the wheel it seats on before installation, because a press-on tire will not hold on a band of the wrong size.
