Thombert presses this Dyalon A polyurethane forklift tire to a steel band measuring 13.5 inches in outside diameter, 5.5 inches wide, with a 10 inch inside mounting diameter. Dyalon A is Thombert's load-rated polyurethane compound, giving the broad 5.5 inch tread the firmness to carry a loaded carriage and the abrasion resistance to hold up on warehouse concrete without chunking or flat-spotting under a hard duty cycle.
This size is documented to fit BT/Prime Mover, Crown, MCFA, Raymond, and Toyota electric lift trucks, covering a wide span of models with one tire. Thombert supplies it as the tire only, so the buyer presses it onto an existing wheel band or hub rather than receiving a complete assembly.
Because a press-on tire holds by interference fit, the 10 inch inside mounting diameter has to match the band it seats on. Measure the band on the truck and match it to that bore before pressing, since a band even slightly off size will not seat the tire square or let it carry its rated load.
